Job description
Coordinate with plant teams to support assembly line setup, layout design, process flow optimization, and standardization
Apply process mapping and PFEP (Plan for Every Part) knowledge to improve material flow
Handle manpower planning, equipment installation, and warehouse commissioning activities
Optimize logistics processes through Kaizen, NVAA analysis, and layout studies
Define and implement logistics flows including JIT, JIS, Kitting, and Kanban
Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to resolve material handling issues
Support RFQ execution and CAPEX planning for new projects
Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Purchasing, and QA teams for process improvements
Required Skills
Strong experience with Creo (mandatory)
