Job summary

Job description

  • Coordinate with plant teams to support assembly line setup, layout design, process flow optimization, and standardization
  • Apply process mapping and PFEP (Plan for Every Part) knowledge to improve material flow
  • Handle manpower planning, equipment installation, and warehouse commissioning activities
  • Optimize logistics processes through Kaizen, NVAA analysis, and layout studies
  • Define and implement logistics flows including JIT, JIS, Kitting, and Kanban
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to resolve material handling issues
  • Support RFQ execution and CAPEX planning for new projects
  • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Purchasing, and QA teams for process improvements
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Creo (mandatory)
  • Experience in kit cart modeling/design
  • Knowledge of SAP, Proplanner, and AutoCAD preferred
  • Understanding of Lean, Kaizen, and project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
