Job summary

Siemens is seeking a PFEP Coordinator for our Wendell, NC facility. You will organize and optimize how every material is stored, moved, and replenished, partnering across production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to standardize handling processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the PFEP database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials.
• Analyzing and optimizing material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Partnering with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes.
• Implementing and supporting lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Driving inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization.
