Job summary

CPS Solutions in Greenville, SC is seeking a Logistics Projects Lead to manage in-plant logistics initiatives, plan layouts, and coordinate with suppliers and OEMs. You will present weekly status to customers and ensure IT interfaces are considered in implementations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or industrial engineering, 3+ years in material flow or warehouse planning in the automotive sector, and fluent English with strong communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
• Project management experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience in material flow planning or warehouse planning (3+ years).
• Good command of Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Steer project timelines, monitor milestones, and report progress.
• Provide planning guidance and project reporting for in-plant logistics.
• Design transport flows between suppliers, providers, and OEM.
• Lead or participate in workshops and reviews.
• Ensure IT interfaces are considered during implementation.
• Analyze space requirements and logistics investments.
• Develop layouts for logistics spaces and warehouses.
