Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimisation.
• Experience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost control.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and improve labor productivity, workforce utilization, and staffing efficiency.
• Optimize labor hours and operational scheduling to improve overall performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement solutions.
• Drive wave planning and operational flow optimization within warehouse operations.
• Improve warehouse layout and workflow movement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve KPI performance across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead and support Lean / Six Sigma projects to drive measurable business improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, planning, and technology teams to implement scalable process solutions.
• Develop reporting and performance tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
