• 2+ years’ experience in a capital and labor-driven manufacturing environment.
• Experience in corrugated manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead hourly associates to achieve production objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve associate skills.
• Ensure products conform to quality standards.
