Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the center team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale targets.
• Oversee maintenance, quality and tool/process engineering personnel across shifts.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Production, Materials Logistics, HR and Finance to execute center initiatives.
• Drive SIS change management and workforce engagement with coaching and feedback.
