Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, PFS, FIS, Palantir, and SIS domains.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of the site’s Continuous Improvement roadmap.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem-solving activities (A3, DMAIC, 5 Why, etc.).
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on Lean principles, standard work, and visual management.
• Track and report CI metrics, ensuring alignment with plant KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Support cultural transformation through engagement, communication, and capability building.
• Drive best-practice sharing across plants and lead benchmarking activities.
• Ensure improvement projects deliver measurable results and are sustained over time.
