Woodward seeks a Lean Coach to support Level II/III operations in Fort Collins, applying standardized work, Kaizen events, and daily management systems to drive continuous improvement.

You will coach teams in Lean tools, facilitate workshops, and develop staff through training while sustaining improvements across value streams. Experience with 3P and problem-solving is valued, with a focus on employee engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with 3P methodology.
• Ability to lead Kaizen events and structured problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Implement Standardized Work and sustainability across teams.
• Plan and lead Kaizen events to address operational challenges.
• Facilitate Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve value delivery.
• Support Daily Management systems with visual management and huddle boards.
• Guide teams through root cause analysis and A3 problem solving.
