Job summary

Compana Pet Brands in Omaha, NE is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives across the site. You will coach teams, drive data-driven problem solving, and implement Lean and Six Sigma methods to achieve productivity and quality goals.

You'll build a robust culture of continuous improvement, manage cross-functional projects, and monitor KPIs like OEE and changeover efficiency. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years CI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in production/quality control.

Responsibilities

• Developing structured processes for problem solving using data to drive improvements.
• Generating workstreams to achieve annual productivity goals.
• Championing the use of Operational Feedback System (OFS) to drive results.
• Leading CI related CapEx projects and capital initiatives.
• Building a foundation for CI aligned to Lean processes and governance.
• Leading change initiatives with coaching and cross-functional teams.
