A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist in Omaha, Nebraska. This role focuses on developing Lean culture and driving sustainable improvements in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and coaching Lean concepts, lead kaizen events, and facilitate training for cross-functional teams. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience will excel in this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement/Lean experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience teaching and coaching Lean concepts.
• Strong facilitation skills for kaizen events and daily management routines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Kata coaching program.
• Train leaders on Lean principles and CI tools.
• Support and sustain 5S programs and training.
