Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement/Lean experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience teaching and coaching Lean concepts.
• Strong facilitation skills for kaizen events and daily management routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Kata coaching program.
• Train leaders on Lean principles and CI tools.
• Support and sustain 5S programs and training.
