Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies is recruiting a Production Manager in Winchester, KY to lead end-to-end assembly operations and drive lean manufacturing while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

You will partner with purchasing, logistics, maintenance, HR, and engineering to translate demand into production plans, manage KPIs, and invest in equipment, tooling, and people. A Bachelor’s degree and ERP/MRP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience using MRP or ERP systems; JD Edwards/EnterpriseOne preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and standard work.
• Experience with data-driven problem solving and visual management.
• Background in plastics, injection molding, or related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assembly operation design, tooling, capacity planning, and schedule execution.
• Maintain world-class quality through PPM, audits, and robust QA processes.
• Drive lean manufacturing to improve throughput, reduce downtime and costs.
• Translate demand into production, staffing, and investment plans; own KPIs.
• Provide strong shop-floor leadership, safety, and engagement across teams.
• Perform other duties to improve performance and support company objectives.
