Job summary
Infiltrator Water Technologies in Winchester, KY seeks an experienced Assembly Manager to own the end-to-end production operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage assembly, materials, and tooling with a hands-on leadership style.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in progressive operations leadership within manufacturing, plus strong ERP/MRP experience (JD Edwards/Oracle).
Qualifications
- Hands-on manufacturing leader with 10+ years of progressive operations leadership.
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems such as JD Edwards or Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Assembly Operation design and execution.
- Maintain world-class quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate demand into production plans and KPI targets.
- Foster a safe, accountable, high-performance shop floor culture.
