Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies in Winchester, AR is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the end-to-end assembly operation, drive lean manufacturing, and ensure safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, hands-on approach, and track record of improving throughput and cost.

Bachelor's degree preferred, ERP/MRP experience, and ability to partner across functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing leader with 10+ years in operations.
• Experience leading with metrics and driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems; Oracle or JD Edwards preferred.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or related process manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Assembly Operation and capacity planning.
• Maintain world-class quality through Poka-yoke and audits.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across processes.
• Translate demand into production, staffing, capacity, and investment plans.
• Build a high-performance, safe, and engaged shop floor culture.
• Support plant objectives through additional duties as needed.
