Formación

• Hands-on manufacturing leader with 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience using MRP or ERP systems; Oracle or JD Edwards / EnterpriseOne experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end assembly operations, including process design, equipment needs, production launches, and daily execution.
• Maintain World Class Quality standards through disciplined leadership and audits.
• Lead lean manufacturing to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and improve cost and service.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate demand into production, staffing, capacity, and investment plans.
• Lead the site team with strong shop floor presence, accountability, coaching, and safety.
• Perform other duties to improve operational performance.
