Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, a Daikin Industries LTD. member, is seeking a professional Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a production team and ensure safe, on-time results in a fast-paced plant.

You will plan, coach, and monitor performance, apply Lean tools, maintain safety and quality standards, and coordinate with maintenance and quality to meet daily goals. Strong leadership, communication, and 8 years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
• 8 years manufacturing experience; 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Train, instruct, and supervise employees using established methods.
• Provide work assignments and communicate production demands.
• Maintain safe working environment and meet KPIs.
• Document production reports, scrap tickets, and discipline notices.
• Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
