Responsibilities

• Oversee weighing, packaging, labeling, and palletizing to meet customer specifications.
• Lead sanitation after production and ensure SSOP compliance.
• Train and supervise department personnel and rotate staff as needed.
• Monitor scales, ensure correct labeling, and manage production flow.
• Maintain sanitation records and participate in daily huddles.
