Job summary

Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Team Lead to oversee FSQA activities on the greenhouse and packing operations. The role involves coaching technicians, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance, and maintaining audit-ready records to build a strong food safety culture.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, documentation, environmental monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with operations to resolve safety and quality issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food safety or QA in manufacturing.
• Experience in GMPs, HACCP, and food safety controls.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to coach and train on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day FSQA point of contact during the assigned shift, providing direction and support to FSQA Technicians.
• Help ensure inspections, process checks, sampling, verifications, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform and verify daily GMP and GAP compliance across operations.
• Conduct regular process checks throughout production, packaging, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
