Cintas is recruiting a motivated Management Trainee in Houston to participate in a structured rotation program across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for future advancement within the company.

The program emphasizes hands‑on experience, cross‑functional exposure, and opportunities to participate in executive leadership seminars.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required or will be obtained.
• Bachelor’s degree must be obtained within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
