Job summary

Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join its structured program. You’ll rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management, and Service Management to gain leadership experience and prepare for advancement within the company.

You’ll learn from experienced managers, work on regional projects, and attend executive leadership seminars. This role may require regional relocation during or after the program to support growth and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to develop leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and build relationships.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on sales management and operational projects.
• Participate in executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.
