Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You’ll gain hands-on knowledge across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, Service Management, and more, rotating through departments to develop leadership skills.

You will work with experienced managers to learn and prepare for career advancement, with opportunities for executive leadership seminars and divisional summits, while relocating regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
