Job summary

Cintas offers a Management Trainee program designed to build leadership and hands-on experience across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. Participants rotate through departments and collaborate with seasoned managers to prepare for advancement.

You'll develop skills in sales, operations, and project leadership while engaging in executive leadership seminars and regional relocation opportunities as you progress in the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license required.
• Co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role preferred.
• Business/related major preferred.
• Leadership/management role on campus or in extracurriculars preferred.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
