Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to kickstart a leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service management. You will learn from experienced managers and participate in projects that drive sales and operational efficiency.

The program emphasizes leadership development, customer focus, and professional growth, with exposure to executive seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
