Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join a structured program that builds leadership skills through hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service Management. You’ll work with experienced managers to prepare for career advancement across the company.

The program emphasizes leadership development, practical operations exposure, and collaboration on sales and efficiency projects, with opportunities for executive seminars and divisional leadership

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
