Cintas Corporation is seeking a Management Trainee to participate in a structured program with rotations acrossOutside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The role aims to develop leadership skills and provide hands‑on experience in diverse business operations.

Candidates will rotate through departments, engage in sales activities, and receive opportunities for professional development through leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
