Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to launch a structured program with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and gain deep exposure to sales operations, preparing for career advancement within the company and, if needed, relocating regionally.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
