Job summary

Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join a structured program with hands‑on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The role is designed to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

You will work closely with experienced managers to gain exposure to multiple facets of our business operations and pursue career growth opportunities through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
