Job summary

Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your career. You will rotate through departments to gain hands-on leadership experience, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management, preparing you for future advancement.

You will work closely with experienced managers and engage in projects that enhance sales and operational efficiency, with professional development opportunities and leadership seminars throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
