Job summary

Cintas offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your professional career. You will rotate through departments to gain leadership experience and hands-on exposure across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management, preparing you for future career growth.

You will work with experienced managers and participate in leadership development opportunities, with potential regional relocation as the program progresses.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
