Job summary

Cintas Corporation is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

You'll work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills, analyze sales data, and contribute to projects aimed at improving sales performance and operational efficiency. Relocation may be regional; first shift schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
