• Operations Management: assist the General Manager in achieving location goals and standards.
• Associate Development: complete orientation and ongoing coaching and training.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: assist with upkeep and repairs at the location.
• Personal Development: participate in structured management training and continuous learning.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.
• Completing other duties as assigned.
