Job summary

Mike's Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to work with the General Manager to develop Associates and Shift Managers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and adherence to Mike’s Purpose.

Expect to lead by example, manage operations, and participate in a comprehensive management training program. Opportunities for internal promotion are highlighted as a path to advanced roles within our growing company.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure wash quality, staffing, and professional handling of complaints and damages.
• Operations Management: maintain standard operations, assist GM, manage detergeant costs and inventory, staffing, timecards.
• Associate and Management Development: assist GM in hiring, train new staff, ongoing team development, conduct check-ins and performance reviews.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: assist with maintenance, complete checklists, keep areas clean.
• Personal Development: participate in structured management training program and pursue knowledge.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Completing all other duties as assigned.
