Mike's Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to work with the General Manager to lead and develop the Associates and Shift Managers at their location while providing an outstanding experience for all customers. Assistant Managers are expected to inspire their teams to ensure we execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise while maximizing profitability.

The Assistant Manager will be capable of running the location in the absence of the General Manager.

Formación

• Two years of retail/service management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong customer focus and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise by being a role model for associates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Oversee operations to meet Mike’s Carwash standards and assist the General Manager.
• Develop and train location staff through orientation, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain property and equipment, safety, and cleanliness at the location.
