Responsibilities
- Rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience.
- Mentorship from experienced leaders to build leadership skills.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds relationships.
- Exposure to team management and leadership approaches.
- Understand budgeting and financial performance of the business.
- Contribute to improvement projects to increase efficiency and innovation.
