Cintas Corporation invites applications for a Management Trainee program designed to fast-track leadership across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service management. You will rotate through departments, engaging with leaders and gaining hands-on experience in operations and sales.

Preferred candidates include those with co-op/internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative roles, and those willing to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification, provide previous employment docs.
• Prefer/co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
