84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee, a full-time entry-level path designed to prepare you for a leadership role within the company. The program offers hands-on training across store operations with promotion potential in 6–12 months and opportunities to advance to General Manager within 3–4 years.

No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber. You’ll learn through classroom, online, and on-the-job training while relocating for management positions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included)

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
