You will undergo hands-on training across store operations with promotion potential to management within 6–12 months, and the possibility of a 40% pay increase with advancement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• Willingness to relocate for a management position.
• Ability to work in a retail store environment and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive store sales.
• Support inventory management and merchandising.
• Read blueprints and create material lists.
• Handle payroll, invoicing and basic financial tasks.
