The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level path to a Store Management role in 18–24 months. The program emphasizes leadership, sales, and operations, with a structured training plan and a clear progression toward an Assistant Store Manager position after the initial training.

Participants gain hands-on experience in managing a million-dollar store, collaborating with management, and selling to large commercial customers.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

• Complete structured training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain store condition and merchandising standards, including promotional displays.
• Assist in employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
