Job summary

HTU is seeking candidates for a two-year Leadership Trainee Program focused on dealership operations. The program includes a three-phase curriculum with rotations through Parts and Service, hands-on customer-facing roles, and cross-divisional project work.

You will shadow experts, learn enterprise software like CRM, Karmak Fusion, Decisiv, and PACCAR.net, and gain practical leadership experience. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, data accuracy, and collaboration with service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in business, marketing, transportation, engineering, or related fields.
• Effective communication skills in writing, phone, and in person.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with overnight stays within the multi-state service territory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with discipline.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive 2-year Leadership Trainee Program focused on dealership operations.
• Participate in a three-phase curriculum spanning 3 months rotation, 15 months hands-on roles, and 6 months cross-divisional work.
• Shadow sales and operations experts and learn enterprise software including CRM, Karmak Fusion, Decisiv, and PACCAR.net.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and improve data integrity under mentor guidance.
