SIXT is launching 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month Management Trainee Program in the United States designed to fast-track your leadership career in mobility. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and develop skills to lead in a dynamic environment.

You’ll earn an hourly rate of $21.00 with a performance-based bonus and the use of a company car upon successful completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial potential.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States; not a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12‑month program and support the achievement of our operational goals.
• Graduate into a leadership position and join a management track across the US.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
