SIXT USA is offering a 12-month Management Trainee Program, 1ST GEAR!, designed to fast-track you into leadership roles across the United States. You will gain hands-on experience, support operational goals, and potentially move into leadership positions after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to lead.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month Management Trainee Program with leadership responsibilities from day one.
• Support the achievement of operational goals and drive efficiency within the team.
• Gain exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
