Job summary

SIXT USA is launching the 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program, a 12‑month fast‑track path into leadership roles across the United States.

You’ll work hands‑on from day one, gaining responsibility and exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, and Performance Management, with the goal to graduate into a leadership position and relocate as needed. The program offers an hourly rate of $23.52 plus a performance bonus and, upon successful completion, use of a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Leadership potential with hands-on approach and willingness to lead.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Proactive, independent, takes ownership and drives outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 50% during the program; not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Contribute to greater efficiency and shared success within the team.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one across core functions.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
