Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management, build skills in scheduling and performance coaching, prepare for future leadership roles.
