Sixt USA is launching its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program—a 12‑month fast-track into a real leadership role within a global mobility company. Earn $21.00 per hour, with a performance-based bonus and the use of a company car upon successful completion.

The program places you in leadership paths at various U.S. locations, including downtown branches or airport teams. You gain hands-on experience, responsibility, and mentorship while rotating through Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and leadership drive.
• Strong English communication skills, other languages a plus.
• Proactive, independent problem-solver who takes ownership.
• Willing to travel within the United States; not fully remote and may require up to 50% travel in year one.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12‑month program and support operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one, learning core business areas.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to develop leadership on the job.
