SIXT is seeking ambitious individuals for its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program in the United States. This 12‑month leadership track provides hands‑on responsibility and a clear path to a leadership role, whether at a downtown branch or an airport leadership team.

You will rotate through Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, with training in communication, conflict resolution, and problem solving. A company car is provided after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• English proficiency; strong leadership and ownership mentality.
• Willingness to travel and work across locations in the United States.

Responsibilities
