Job summary

SIXT is seeking ambitious individuals for its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program in the United States. This 12-month, hands-on program fast-tracks you into a leadership role with real responsibilities across branches and airport leadership teams.

Earn $22.17 per hour with a performance bonus and the use of a company car upon successful completion. You'll work hands-on from day one, travel up to 50% during the first year, and rotate through Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take on early responsibilities to support operational goals.
• Gain exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
• Travel up to 50% during the first year as needed.
