Job summary

SIXT US is launching a global Management Trainee Program named 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month path designed to fast-track you into a real leadership role. You’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility from day one, and graduate into a leadership position across the United States.

You’ll earn an hourly rate of $26.91 with a performance-based bonus, and a company car upon successful completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Independent, proactive attitude with ownership
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 50% during the program; not fully remote
• Valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals
• Gain insights into core business areas like Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one and receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job
