Job summary

Encore’s National College Leadership Program (NCLP) is designed to fast-track graduates into operations, production, or sales management across our network of venues including hotels, casinos, and conference centers. Trainees rotate through Technical, Operations and Sales rotations, with hands-on learning alongside our field leaders and instructor-led sessions at the Chicago corporate office.

Qualifications

• 4-year college graduate with BA/BS preferred; Hospitality/Business/Management/Communications/Event Management fields are a plus.
• 1 year of related professional work experience or internship experience; management/operations/tech/hospitality background is a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with potential for advancement and promotion.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical, Operations and Sales rotations.
• Hands-on learning in venues alongside field leaders.
• Instructor-led training at the corporate office in Chicago, IL.
