Encore's National College Leadership Program (NCLP) offers a structured path into operations management or sales across our nationwide venues. The five‑month Manager in Training program includes hands‑on rotations, instructor‑led training in Chicago, and certifications through ENCORE University Academies.

Graduates with a BA/BS and strong communication skills are prepared for immediate placement as an Operations Manager or Sales Manager after successful completion, with opportunities in major

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; hospitality/management or related field preferred.
• 1+ year related work experience or internships; management/operations hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and pursue a management career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical, Operations and Sales rotations during training.
• Learn hands-on in venues alongside field leaders.
• Complete ENCORE University Academies certifications.
• Be placed into Operations Manager or Venue Sales Manager roles after training.
