Job summary

Encore is launching the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) with a July start. Trainees complete a 5-month Manager in Training and are positioned for immediate placement into operations, production, or venue sales management across our 2,100 venues in major markets.

Ideal candidates are 4-year BA/BS graduates with an interest in hospitality, business, or event management, and possess strong communication and leadership skills to advance in a dynamic events organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; hospitality/business/management/communications/event management preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; management/operations/technology/hospitality a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with advancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trainees participate in Technical, Operations and Sales rotations.
• Hands-on learning in venues alongside our field leaders.
• Certifications through ENCORE University – Leadership, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Service.
