Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Riverbank, CA is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGM IT). This accelerated program prepares you to lead a site, with mentorship from a Certified Trainer and hands-on operations exposure.

Throughout the program you’ll develop in daily operations, people leadership, coaching, and performance management, with staffing support and advancement toward the General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience (1+ year) supervising teams or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations with emphasis on quality customer experience.
• Ability to coach, give feedback, and motivate team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with an experienced Trainer to learn daily operational fundamentals.
• Understand performance data and use it to drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality standards.
• This program prepares you to assume the Assistant General Manager role and lead a location in the future.
• Participate in onboarding and mentorship activities designed to accelerate leadership growth.
